All investors have different circumstances which is why it is important to understand your position and ensure that your investment experience matches up to your expectations, which is why we work together from first contact right the way through to the repayment.

STEPS TO INVEST

  • Introductory Call


  • Our First call is to get to know you and introduce our company.

  •  Proof of Funds and ID

  • To comply with anti-money laundering legislation (AML) we require certified ID, proof of residence and evidence of the source of funds . 

  •  Investment opportunities

  • When we are looking at new projects we will be in touch to discuss whether you are interested in investing in the opportunity.

  • Draft review

  • If your happy with the deal and would like to put your money to work by investing, we'll send you a draft loan agreement to review.

  •  Draw down of funds

  • Once the loan agreement is finalised and signed, your funds are then transferred to our account and will immediately begin accruing interest.

  • Updates

  • Over the time of your loan term , we will provide regular updates on our project. Arrange site visits.

  • End of Your Loan Term

  • 1) Extend your loan term so that you you continue earning interest.

    or...

    2) Let your investment come to it's natural end and we will return your full loan plus ➕️ all interest test has been accrued.

Smith and Wood Ltd.



Straight Loan

The investor will lend the funds to Invest IN HABITATS who then sources a property which they can add value to and add to their own portfolio.


This suits investors who would like to receive a return on their funds together with a fixed interest rate which would be considerably higher than what the current bank rate.


Security with be in the form of a Loan Agreement and charge against the asset.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP

HABITATS & the investor work together to see what each party can bring to the table.

We will discuss the various structures available and agree the best way to proceed, but a typical structure could be a 50/50 split on the profits.
